- Faulty/damaged Item Received
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, just send us a video while unpackaging the product to support@visidanta.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or damaged, we'll send you a free reshipment. We will schedule a pickup from our end for the faulty item and you handover the faulty or damaged product to the courier partner. All we'd need would be a Video while unpackaging of the faulty or damaged item.
 
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our India. We usually ship the order from our warehouse within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 2-3 days or upto 10-12 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you depending upon the delivery location. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our warehouse. So once it leaves our warehouse, it will reach you :)

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be cancelled after it has been shipped. Because we usually ship them within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Certain amount of fees will be deducted for order cancellations. Kindly refer our Refund policy for the same.
 
- Will you have more products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more products often! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
 
- Do you ship worldwide?
No, we do not ship Worldwide! 
  
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 2-12 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
 
- May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-2 days). Email: support@visidanta.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 
 
- Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address. 
 
- Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 
 
- How can I pay?
We currently accept UPI payments, some wallet payments (Paytm, amazon pay, Gpay etc), all kinds of debit and credit card payments!
 
- What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@visidanta.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
If in any case our courier partner informs us regarding the incorrect or wrong shipping address or phone number, you will receive an email from our side regarding the correct address or phone number. You have to revert back with in 24 hours, If failed to do so, your order will be cancelled and 20% cancellation fees will be charged. For promotional products with huge discounts and selling price of less than ₹500, No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  
- Taxes & Duties:
We have currently included all taxes in the product prices, So, you don't need to worry about paying anything extra. In the event of a return or exchange, shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded.
