Return Policy

We have a no-return policy, which means you can not return an item after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either faulty or in a damaged condition when you received it, that too provided with a Video proof provided by you while opening or unpackaging the product with visible Shipping Label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@visidanta.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll generate a pickup from our end and the courier partner will collect the product from you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Video Proof is Mandatory while opening or unpackaging the product.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

If a customer wants to cancel the order, he/she should contact us before* the order is shipped.(*NOTE: 10% cancellation charges will be deducted)

If a customer wants to cancel the order, after** the order is shipped.(**NOTE: 20% cancellation charges + shipping cost for both sides will be deducted)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the eligible amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If by any chance someone didn't receive the product due to courier problem, he/she shall raise a complaint with us within 30 days of placing the order. After that no claims shall be entertained. 

 

Wrong shipping address

If you provide us with a wrong address by mistake and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@visidanta.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
If in any case our courier partner informs us regarding the incorrect or wrong shipping address or phone number, you will receive an email from our side regarding the correct address or phone number. You have to revert back with in 24 hours, If failed to do so, your order will be cancelled automatically and 20% cancellation fees will be charged. For promotional products with huge discounts and selling price of less than ₹500, No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
 
 

7 Days Replacement Policy

7 days replacement policy is available for selected products (A logo with 7 days replacement policy  will be shown on the

product detail page). Replacement will be subjected to receiving damaged products and in case of size exchange (applicable only once).  Video Proof is again Mandatory while opening or unpackaging the product. 

In size exchange cases, customer can raise the request by emailing us at support@visidanta.com. After approval of exchange, we will raise a pickup request from our end, customer must hand over the product with packaging to our courier partner. After we receive the product back, we will examine the product thoroughly for any kinds of damages. If approved, a new product will be shipped back to the customer with in 2-3 working days. Shipping of the exchanged product might be subjected to availability of the product. If by any chance, product is unavailable, it might take few days to get the product back in stock and then the product will be sent to the customer.
